[DM-MUG] CD stuck

My thanks to everyone who wrote for all the help with my problem.   The disk 
didn't come out enough for me to clamp onto it.   I resorted to opening the 
firmware screen.   It said it was unable to eject.   Looks as though it needs 
more than I can give it.   I am amazed and pleased that I was able to receive so 
much help from this group.   Thanks!    Dora Ward
