[DM-MUG] CD stuck

You have a classic case of weak inject/eject rollers OR a  
misalignment of the drive to the slot. It is a common problem on  
older slot-loading units, but not serious. However, you might want to  
take it to a service provider to recover this disc safely.

Alternatively, if the disc is not important, and it is coming out far  
enough, you may be able to grab it with a pair of needle-nose pliers.  
You'll likely scratch at least the edge of the disc which may, or may  
not, damage the data. I've used a disc after retrieving it via this  
method, but I knew the data did not extend to the edge of the disc.
