[DM-MUG] trouble with iTunes and upgrading to EMI DRM-free music

Try "Check for purchases" on the "Store" menu.

If that doesn't work, contact Apple for assistance.  There's a  
"Support" item in the "Quick Links" box on the upper right side of  
the iTunes Store.  THere is also a "Purchase History" link at the  
very bottom of the ITunes Store page.  There's a "Report a problem"  
button on the history page.
