[DM-MUG] trouble with iTunes and upgrading to EMI DRM-free music

I downloaded and installed iTunes 7.2, so I could take advantage of
the new DRM-free content from EMI. When visiting the 'plus' edition
of the store, it said I had 3 albums I could upgrade. I clicked on
upgrade, typed in my password, and it began queuing a bunch of songs
and started downloading.

3/4 of the way through the first 3 songs, my modem stops blinking
its I/O light and the songs stop downloading. I can still check e-
mail, browse the web, play WoW and all that good stuff. But for the
past couple days iTunes cannot download these upgrade songs. It just
sits there and times out. There's no activity at the DSL modem if
this is the only activity I'm attempting, but just for this one
process and only with this specific content.

I just browsed the iTunes store and purchased the free download of
the week. It downloaded perfectly without a hitch.

Any ideas on how to get the rest of that purchased content to
download? Is there a way to reset the queue, and have it try again
from scratch, including abandoning the partial downloads?

Darcy
