[DM-MUG] trouble with iTunes and upgrading to EMI DRM-free music

Thanks for the suggestions Bill. I've discovered that if I use 'check  
for purchases' enough times, failed songs resume for a bit. They  
resume and fail repetitively, but a couple megs come down with each  
attempt. I'll just have to keep clicking until its done updating the  
songs!

If that doesn't work, contact Apple for assistance.  There's a  
"Support" item in the "Quick Links" box on the upper right side of  
the iTunes Store.  THere is also a "Purchase History" link at the  
very bottom of the ITunes Store page.  There's a "Report a problem"  
button on the history page.
