[Cialug] Slack and Fediverse discussion

At this point everything is on the table. The discussion started when
someone had issues with installing the desktop client for slack as it
was broken after an update.
At the moment our twitter is not being used, @Kristau are you the one
with access to that? I think at the least sending toots to post our
meeting announcements makes sense.
As I said I really don't have strong opinions on the state of chat,
for historical perspective, we started out with Slack when someone
showed up one time and said something along the lines of eww who uses
IRC, all the cool kids are using slack... and then never attended
again after that meeting. I would love a more "free" solution and
wouldn't be opposed to matrix.
