[Cialug] Security Vendors?

Greetings illustrious CIALUG members!

Not really Linux-related, but I figure somebody here is likely to be 
able to point me in the right direction.  (My other option of course 
would be SecDSM, but they don't have a mailing list. ಠ_ಠ)

My employer, a small startup, is reaching a size where it no longer 
makes sense to rely on the wits and technical knowledge of individual 
staff members to maintain security.

We are not, however, large enough for it to be cost-effective to hire a 
full-time staff member and charge them with securing all devices, 
technically enforcing security policies, doing periodic training, and 
whatever else such a person would do.

Do vendors exist to help manage such scenarios?  What should I be 
googling to find them?  Does anyone here have any recommendations?
