[Cialug] Jitsi Meet Failure

Yes, I had a lot of trouble on RH, I got tired of fighting it and set up on
Ubuntu 18.x lts.  It was a really straight forward easy apt install.  I
have admit I was a little anxious about Ubuntu, but after about 10 ten
minutes it felt very familiar.   I have to say, I was *really* surprised.
