What are your budget and performance criteria?
My suggestion, if you want a good amount of power, you need to save space, you have a decent budget, and you don't need Windows support, is the ODROID-XU3-Lite. It runs at 5V 4A (it needs extra current to support a powerful SoC/CPU and a couple of USB3.0 ports) and offers amazing performance for its size and heat dissipation.
Is there anything in particular you want this computer to do for you?
