Nope. Most USB chargers won't supply 1A, much less 2A.

The simplest solution is to grab a cigarette lighter USB charger with a 2A
slot - these have linear voltage regulators - take it apart and grab the
2A side. 12VDC in from any big batter, 5V out for your Pi or other SBC,
small enough to include in a metal case.
