[Cialug] Mediacom to boost speeds

I tried paying a "carrier" for carrier grade service.  I couldn't get
it. DS circuit service was so bad it nearly put me out of business.
Run around, BS, poor service, blah.. .It was so bad I was actually
able to cancel the contract on the service clause.
