[Cialug] OT: Mediacom Channels

Is anyone with digital cable in the Des Moines Metro area able to tune in channel 84 or 96-11.  This is the public access channel and the former analog channel 17.

If you are able to tune it in, any idea if it is sent in the clear or encrypted?  If you have an electronic program guide from your provider, presumably Mediacom, does it give listings for this channel?
