Organizations like Spamhaus and Team Cymru have compiled and published
lists of unwelcome hosts for years.  People use these lists in network
and server management because of their high quality, stability, and
integrity.

Hollywood does no such thing.  If they are the ones who care about this,
then it is their responsibility to compile and publish high quality
lists on a stable platform that network and server managers would want
to use.
