[Cialug] Middle "West" not "East"

Still, it's odd that Google put an Arabic title on *that* Bethlehem but not
on Bethlehem, PA.  And that's a much bigger town, you'd think Google would
want that town to have other languages.

If you go to street view, and go exactly to that spot, there appears to be a
church on the south side of the road.  Perhaps it is a church of a
middle-eastern religion?  It looks pretty Christian, but I guess someone
could have bought it and converted it.
