[Cialug] Mbox to maildir conversion

I'm not sure what the program is - I know it is very old.  Linux 2.2 and from a Cobalt appliance server.  Anybody have a guess?  Cobalt was always sort of Red-hattish.  What did they use for default servers back in the day?
