[Cialug] Mbox to maildir conversion

I've done various iterations of this... mbox to maildir, cyrus to 
courier... if you google around you should be able to find the right 
script for your conversion. I usually had to end up doing some minor 
tweaking to the scripts to exactly what I needed.
