I just upgraded about 1 month ago with the help of Freese Notis (my DSL
ISP)
and it went as smooth as could be expected considering Qwest. Glad I
didn't do it
on my own!!! What a PIA!!!
What Freese does is to create a conference call between Qwest, Freese and
the customer (me) and wade
through a 1.5-2hr phone call answering questions and keeping Qwest from
screwing up the change order.
This helped greatly!
They asked several times if I wanted to switch from Freese to MSN...
Anyway, I like the speed. :-) I hated the hassle/waste of
time/Qwest/MSN/etc. :-( Hope I don't have to
do that again for several more years...
