[Cialug] Introduction

Sorry about that mix-up.  We have been meeting at Alliance
Technologies for a long time, but decided that once to meet somewhere
else.  The next meeting will be back at Alliance, so you at least know
how to get here now ;)

Maybe someone at Alliance can print out a flyer with directions and
stick it to the door when we meet at our alternative locations?
