It's the finest standalone ssh solution for windows I know about.  I
keep a copy on my iPod and on my USB keychain.  It can do tunnels and
all that goodness.  (Though if I have to be on a windows box for an
extended period, I just install cygwin and use their port of OpenSSH.)
