[DM-MUG] odd Q ref rectangle on my screen

I know I am new to the group, but I feel like I am getting spammed.   
I don't understand a lot of this and as I read through them, I don't  
feel like I am getting a lot of clarification.  Perhaps it would be  
better to remove me from the list serve.  Thanks.
