[DM-MUG] odd Q ref rectangle on my screen

I have looked also in Apple's Discussion forums and it appears to be 
related to the Voice Over utility part of Universal Access [although 
I didn't have it turned on] - I clicked the off button just in case 
and deleted the plist and rebooted and the rectangle is still 
there...I gather from other discussions a new user will be needed = 
which is a pain but doable.  Other than how do I move all my stuff 
from User 1 [me, now with the rectangle] to User 2, sans rectangle 
but also no data etc.  ???  TimeMachine is running fine but I'm not 
sure that's the method.



This is on my MacPro and it doesn't prevent anything but it prevents 
the cursor from going outside the rectangle without moving the 
rectangle.

I hit some keystroke on my keyboard -- up jumps a black rectangle on
top of the screen = only the 4 borders show but I can't move my
cursor out of it without either expanding the lines or moving the
rectangle...I pushed escape and nothing happened. I can't restart
due to other processes going on right now -- I seem to remember this
may be something in Leopard but don't know what keystrokes I hit so I
can't just go to that program and fix it...any ideas???
