[DM-MUG] Does a MacMini hook up to G4 iBook? and Making Music

Thanks Bill, my son wants a more powerful computer and I had hoped 
the Mini would suffice and he could keep using his iBook....he wants 
to write music and use Garage Band...he doesn't need the latest and 
greatest so maybe we cna find an early MacBook or late iBook that 
will suffice...any ideas???
