[Cialug] CentOS 7 finally EOL'd

I know this kinda goes against the open source ethos, but you can register
at RH and get a developer version of RHEL 9 for no cost.  Having access to
Redhat's documentation is a bonus and it has improved significantly since
they were bought out.
