[Cialug] CentOS7

I have not used it but AlmaLinux's ELevate [1] looks promising for upgrading CentOS 7 to various Enterprise Linux distros (Alma, Rocky, CentOS Stream, etc). It [2] appears to be based on Red Hat's LEAP [3].
