[Cialug] Debian weirdness, ..

In Debian and Ubuntu  the package Docker is a transitional package for 
wmdocker (The Window Maker dock app) that greatly predates Docker. You 
are looking for either docker-ce or docker.io.

Docker-ce is the docker community edition package provided by the docker 
company
Docker.io is debian's maintained package of docker that may lag behind 
the cutting edge.
