[Cialug] RAID Reshaping

Adding two drives to a 6 drive array, but had to add a PCIe IF for those
two drives.

The PCIe controller ran fine when used as a temporary backup, but when
adding those two drives onto the array it seems to not be able to handle
the bandwidth as it starts throwing unavailable errors and the system
crashes. Running about 55% now, but it is crashing every half hour or so.

Pretty sure there is no way to abort the reshaping <?>, but might there be
a way to slow it down so as to not saturate the PCIe controller?
