Of downtime is an issue, OpenSuSE wins hands down. Full version are
painless, .. done over 100 over tne past 15 years witn TWO failures - both
due to UEFI issues.

Two other major factors:

1) Totally standard - no BS like Unity anywhere;
2) Available on all platforms, including ARM.

Only one really small miss - no 32bit x86.
