Hi Kyle,

As you discovered, the existing HPE support site does indeed check warranty and blocks downloads if it has expired or you have not purchased an extended warranty. 

There is a new HPE support site, https://support.hpe.com/connect/s/.  It requires a user account, but either HPE hasn't figured out how to enforce the warranty check for the BIOS download against your user ID yet, or they are eliminating the warranty requirement in the new support site and making the downloads available to anyone with a login ID.

Create an account and give it a try.
