[Cialug] Microsoft Linux

I thought WSL was supposed to be the next hip way to Linux on Windows since
it's based on Ubuntu. Then why is CBL based on bits and pieces fedora based
distros? From a learning perspective one would think that the logical
choice would be to stay with the Ubuntu ecosystem.
