[Cialug] parts newsletter?

Hello everyone! So, im looking for a pcie nic (or multiple nic) card for my
server slot that has pciex4. I just wanted to do a sort of virtual rummage
through the parts drawers in people’s minds by emailing my q. i wanted to
keep it fairly inexpensive as possible so used is  great!

is there a way we could set up a cialug flea mkt newsletter that could be
opted in? so people could look for or sell parts, and give cialug nerds
precedence:)
