A Win10 VM refused to start today, .. all VMs are complaining about not
being configured for the standard VMSVGA graphics adapter.

The biggest problem is that there is no way to change the setting in the
VB UI - it blank except for Advanced, Description, and Disk Encryption.

There aren't even any setting in the .vbox file for grahpics controller,
.. and creating a NEW VM produces the same blank settings dialog.

Anyone had a similar problem?
