Interviewing and Prompting were my two favorite units of the Mediacom
Customer Tech Support Tier 1 training

next were Blinkin' Lights Remorse Code, Offline Solitaire, and the advanced
practicum, Musical Theory, Composition of Looping On-Hold Experiences
