[Cialug] Best Local SAN performance

NFS can have some performance issues, i.e. if you're doing something that
scans a large amount of files, the protocol for opening and closing the
files is relatively slow and can cause performance problems.

NFS is really easy to set up, but iSCSI may be a better option if you're
concerned with performance.
