Jitsi works great for small meetings (and some large if you don't have any
Firefox users (Firefox does not play well with WebRTC). 4CPU/4GB supports
15-20 years, so it's pretty efficient. Clean UI to boot, and ongoing
updates.

Actually looking at BigBlueButton for our family reunion this year as it
comes with built-in rooms and materials can easily be uploaded to the
"Room".
