I didn't see an answer to the question of what you're using for a firewall right now. pfSense is the obvious choice if you're instaling a new firewall as it has easily addable add-ins that can do basically whatever you might want to do with a firewall.

Have you looked at a linux firewall distro? There's Untangle, which has a
community edition you can use for free with fewer features, or a paid
version if you need more stuff. I haven't run it for a while but helped set
it up for some people a while back.
