[Cialug] Traffic Analysis

We have had some network saturation issues in the past, .. looking for a
way to better track traffic details. mrtg tracks overall bandwidth, .. as
does Cacti and other tools, but need details by IP, if not URL (for a
server with multiple website).

The only tool I see that appears promising is "MasterShaper", but it
appears dead.

Anyone deal with this sort of monitoring?
