[Cialug] Users needed

Yeah, I'm not so sure being a CIALUG member really has any bearing on
the mailing list.  I haven't been in Iowa for two or three years, now,
but I like to keep up with the list because it has always been really
informative and drama-free.  Maybe CIALUG should come up with some list
rules separate from the charter, since the list is open to the public
and isn't necessarily charter- or membership-bound.

I'll see if I can find anything on the mailman signup page regarding rules.
