[Cialug] Slightly OT, .. Tuning Apache under Chocolatey

Thanks to an excellent suggestion last year, we build a Chocolatey server
for a project. Unfortunately, we are now hitting the limits of the default
configuration and I can't figure out where the parameter are saved.

Any pointers?
