[Cialug] Unifi user 'profiling'

Trying to figure out a way to provide individual WiFi 'profiles' for a
non-profit, .. a radius server could be used for authentication, but need
a way to manage the devices on that user login (i.e. one user might have a
phone and a tablet, ..), and, ideally, a way to log traffic usage so they
could block (or throttle) users that are being obnoxious.

I see old posts in the ui.com community from cjkeeme referring to
assigning each user to a separate VLAN, but the link it refers to seems to
be way OT: http://www.myswiftconnect.com.

Don't suppose anyone has done something like this?
