[Cialug] CentOS changes

Andrew do you mean upgrading to Centos 8? I understand using Centos. I
get it. I used a number of the free versions pretty much exclusively when
I started up.
I get the pain of having to switch, and don't take this the wrong way, but
it's but it's kind of like kicking a dead horse to complain about something
that is free.
