[Cialug] CentOS changes

I use a mix of paid and unpaid. The data center is all paid versions as
well as the dev workstations. It was really handy to have a centos version
to mess around with. I can live it without it, it's just a little more pain.
Costwise, at the entry level, Unbuntu long term is $125.00 per server vs
rhel 8 at 100.00. I'm ok with an additional 25% if it makes my life
easier on the workstation side.
Seems like RHEL is starting to turn into "death by a 1000 papercuts".
