[Cialug] speedtest-cli lies!!!

Not to be a total ass(I just moved to The Netherlands so Im going to
practice my Dutch Directness) but going through the issues(both open and
closed) is usually one of the first things I do for something like
this..way before posting to a forum.

It might be a good habit to get into.
