[Cialug] VirtualBox 6.1 & 6.1.2

There is still something wonky with the guest display drivers too.   They
work fine on centos 6 & 7.  Gnome on Centos 7 works *really* well, but
Gnome with Wayland on RHEL 8, has dismal performance, it randomly locks up
hard when resizing the guest window.

I suspect it is an issue with Wayland, but at this point, it's mostly just
a gut feeling.  Ubuntu just works and works awesome.
