[Cialug] Zabbix

I found that notifications were more difficult to setup in Zabbix. I've now
tried Zabbix, CheckMK, Nagios, LibreNMS and a few others. I've stuck with
CheckMK for notification and LibreNMS for visual, at-a-glance dashboarding.
