[Cialug] Raspberry Pi Power

We run a lot of Pis in the office, .. tried to take one home tonight for a
camera application.

Plugged it in, .. everything fine. Turn the lights off, the Pi starts
power cycling!

Near as I can tell the neutral buss has some resistance somewhere, so the
small current draw of the Pi power supply is insufficient to maintain
voltage.

Anyone ever dealt with something like this?
