Tried many times, .. none work. The "To release" message is on the bottom
of the window and not combination of CTL+ALT+LEFT ARROW will release.

The bigger problem is that the install gets to the English screen, .. then
nothing - only some kernel messages ending with "7 urandom warning(s)
missed due to ratelimiting".

Tried downloading a new iso, .. no change.

What's the trick to installing on Hyper-V?
