Take a Logitech webcam and remove the IR filter. (I've done this before)

Need an IR camera (Pi NoIR is not sensitive enough), .. but ONLY need a
camera - no app, local storage, or other cruft. The Pi will provide all
functionality, so just need the video available on an IP.

All of the low cost units I have seen are designed to record to a chip,
which DNW in this application (the Pi captures video based on an external
signal).

Anyone located something similar?
