While Vault is a very cool piece of software, it's not a personal
password managment system like KeePass or LastPass. It's more of an
enterprise toolkit for temporarily sharing secrets like passwords or
API keys with various services. For instance, if you use AWS a lot you
can use it to generate temporary AWS credientials with specific ACLs
and hand them out to background services that need access to AWS to do
some work. Anything that would need to get secrets out of Vault would
need to be modified to use the Vault API.
There's no web front end or GUI support for entering passwords into web pages
or anything like that.
