Potentially related, potentially not.
I recently applied the latest updates to a CentOS 7 vm installed on my
Mac under VirtaulBox (forget the version). I also updated the VB
Additions. During the VB Additions update, there was an error. When I
rebooted the vm, the screen resolution was maxxed out at about
1024x768. Digging in the logs, there was an "invalid parameter" in the
kernel headers while trying to compile the video module for the VB
Additions. I suspect either a C7 update or the new Additions are
busted. I'm going to hold out and see if the next update cycle fixes
it. Otherwise I will probably switch to a different distro.
