[Cialug] Mediacom - not Linux related

I've gone round and round and round with Mediacom on one of their
"Enterprise" Business accounts. Not in the context of DCMA, but poor
service. They have layers and layers of support and procedures that
make it really difficult to get issues resolved. Then there is
"Corporate retention" department which is the front end for the legal
dept.
You have to document everything, figure out who the proper is contact
(nearly impossible), send them registered mail, then go to court. Its
a very long, drawn out, resource intensive process. I'm sure its
intentional.
I understand why you are frustrated.
